Activities in this mini bundle are are designed to be carried out over a number of lessons|weeks depending on how many times a week the teacher has the same class. They can be continuously re-used by changing the compositions in question, or even the genres, providing the educator with a framework to develop endless creative teaching plans.
Activity 1 is centred around the composition of a Reggae piece.
Activity 2 is centred around arranging a Bebop piece. It includes a detailed lesson plan. It does not necessarily need to be carried out using the compositions mentioned in the plan. Choice in piece is the teacher's, as the activity can be carried out with any Bebop piece
Activity 3 is an Introduction to Film scoring which consists in an in-depth analysis of excerpts from 4 famous film scores. In the introductory page you will find the details of the 4 chosen scores with the corresponding youtube link to access the audio|video ( original audio files couldn't be included for copyright reasons)
